Pregnancy brings new changes, new challenges, and new joy every single day. It is a time of growth and preparation--there's lots to learn, and many changes still ahead.

While it can be easy to feel overwhelmed, you're not in this alone!

With prenatal planning sessions, you choose the services that are right for you. With the right support, you will step into parenthood feeling confident in yourself and your decisions around childbirth. 

Birth Preferences 

We'll discuss the different options available to you based on your birthing location, philosophy, and unique circumstances. 

You will receive evidence based information about birth interventions, and suggestions for achieving a positive birth experience based on your wants and needs. 

You'll leave with a list of birth preferences to share with your care team, and a clear vision for your positive birth. 

1.5 Hr Private Session 

Comfort Measures

This session will provide an overview of non-medical comfort measures you can use in labor. 

Comfort measures release tension, calm anxiety, and reduce discomfort.

You'll leave feeling more prepared for childbirth, whether your planning a drug-free labor, medicated labor, or cesarean section. 

1.5 Hr Private Session 

Heart, Mind & Soul

Relationships with partners, family, friends, and older children all shift when a new baby enters your life. 


This is an interactive session, focused on preparing you for the emotional and interpersonal side of new parenthood. 

You'll leave with tools to communicate your needs in pregnancy and as a new parent; to draw healthy boundaries, that strengthen your relationships; and a plan for self reflection and self care
